Updated schedules are attached. As a reminder, any changes needed will be handled onsite with your contest director.

Additional reminders:

-Performers bring their own music devices, i.e. phones, tablets, etc. to plug in to the sound system (there are no CD players available)
-Performers should bring the appropriate dongle for their device
-Medals awarded to all soloists and ensembles who achieve a Superior rating (Division I: Score of 80 or higher)
-Participation Certificates given to all performers
-Performers achieving a SCORE OF 90+ at 4/20 or 4/27 qualify for NTCA All-Stars competition on May 4, 2024

-$20 per SOLO
-$10 per person per ensemble (2 performers=$20, 3 performers=$30, 4 performers = $40)
-Entries paid cash or check to NTCA upon check-in
-Units will be charged for registered students who are a DNA (Did Not Attend) following the contest

-Minimum performance time: 1 1/2 minutes
-MAXIMUM performance time: 3 minutes (please edit music accordingly)
-4 minute intervals
-Any recognized equipment may be utilized
-No minimum equipment time
-Following each performance, ratings will be posted outside the gym area
-Once a rating is posted, performers or unit instructor report to the awards table where they will receive: judges sheet, certificate, and medal (medal if Superior rating was earned)

-If the desired score is not achieved by a performer, they must register for the next weekend of qualifying events if they would like to compete again. They may not compete a second time on site if not already registered for a second time slot.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION:

• Spectator admission is $10.00 for adults.
• Children 7 and under are free.
• Children age 8 through High School (HS - with Student ID) are $5.00 for front side seating.
• College Students are considered adults and pay $10.00 admission.
• School Administrators, Band Directors, Bus Drivers are complimentary with their school issued ID.
