Danny Martinez

Originally from Ballinger, TX, Danny now resides in Dallas, TX.  He graduated from Sam Houston High School in Arlington, TX and attended the University of Texas at Arlington.  He is a full-time Colorguard director who works with Lake Highlands HS, The Colony HS, and White Gold Independent winterguard.

Chris Kichline

Christin Alkhazshvilly

Originally from Arlington, TX, Christin now resides in Mansfield, TX.  She graduated from Arlington High School in Arlington, TX and attended Texas Christian University, where she earned a Bachelors of Music in Instrumental Music Education.  She is band director at Brooks Wester MS and Asa Low IS in Mansfield ISD and works with Mansfield HS and Wester MS, and is a performing member with Ars Nova World.

Velvet Dow

Originally from Lancaster, TX, Velvet now resides in Cedar Hill, TX.  She graduated from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, TX and attended the University of Texas at Arlington.  She graduated from Principia College with a BA in music, and graduated from Texas Christian University with a masters degree in mathematics.  She is an AP Calculus teacher at South Grand Prairie HS and was the Colorguard director at SGPHS for many years.  She has been involved with NTCA since 1998.

Estelle Gravois-Murr

Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, Estelle now resides in Fort Worth, TX.  She graduated from Scotlandville Magnet High School in Baton Rouge, LA and attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, where she earned a BA in music with minors in theatre and dance.  She earned her post-baccalaureate teaching certificate from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a masters degree in music from Northwestern State University.  She is a dance teacher and band director at Alvarado HS, and teaches the Colorguard at Alvarado HS, Everman HS, and NSU.  She has been involved with NTCA since 1995.

Michael Moran

Michael Moran grew up in a suburb of Syracuse, NY where he is a graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School.  He holds a bachelor of music degree in performance and education from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.  Mr. Moran now resides in Rockwall, TX and is an associate director of bands for Trinity High School in Euless, TX.

Roman Montoya

Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Roman now resides in Bedford, TX.  He graduated from Eldorado High School in Albuquerque, NM and attended the University of New Mexico where he earned a Bachelor of Music Education.  He is band director at Della Icenhower IS in Mansfield, TX and teaches Black and White Gold winterguards as well as serving as the staff coordinator and movement coordinator for the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps.

Originally from Midland, TX, David now lives in Frisco, TX.  He graduated from Frisco High School and attended the University of North Texas.  David currently works with Frisco Independent School District as a Payroll Specialist and Crossing Guard Program Coordinator.  He manages and tends to a staff of over 350 employees, as well as coordinates district functions, and works with large state associations.  David also works with the administrative and design team of TX Independent Performing Arts Association.
